As of December 2021, the company supports more than 3,000 organizations, making it one of the most widely used emergency communication solutions in the world. Aided by a continued commitment to product innovation, extensive industry recognition, and strategic hiring, the company onboarded more than 600 new organizations onto its platform since the beginning of the year, including dozens of Fortune 500 organizations.

Driven by accelerating product adoption and customer success, AlertMedia also saw the following company milestones in 2021:
- Employee Growth: AlertMedia grew its headcount to 300 employees, onboarding more than 100 since the beginning of 2021. To accommodate its growing workforce, AlertMedia also announced its new headquarters at RiverSouth, a newly designed high-rise in downtown Austin the company will move into in Spring 2022. Lastly, AlertMedia welcomed several new executives to its leadership team, including its first Chief People Officer Laura Woolford and Laura Setlak, Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales.
- Product Innovation: Throughout 2021, AlertMedia introduced significant new features to its product suite to help its customers identify risks and navigate emergencies more effectively. In March, the company launched its Global Threat Intelligence division, a dedicated team providing real-time, analyst-verified intelligence about a wide range of threats occurring near customers’ employees or locations. Additionally, in June 2021 the company announced new mobile app features designed to help companies improve the safety of anywhere workers. Recently, it also introduced enhanced threat warnings subscriptions, providing both safety leaders and employees the ability to easily stay informed of relevant events impacting any group or location, further accelerating access to critical information.
- Industry Recognition: Throughout 2021, AlertMedia continued its momentum by earning industry recognition as one of America’s best places to work by national and local business publications, including earning recognition on Inc.
