AlertMedia Appoints Elizabeth Loucheur as Chief Operating Officer

Loucheur to lead AlertMedia’s global customer success organization as company accelerates expansion of emergency communication and threat intelligence services
Jan 11, 2022

AlertMedia, the world’s leading emergency communication provider, announced today it has hired Elizabeth Loucheur as Chief Operating Officer. With an extensive background in customer success and product development, Loucheur will help drive AlertMedia’s growth strategy, scaling operational and functional capabilities across all teams while developing new services for AlertMedia’s global customer base.

“I’ve long been impressed by AlertMedia’s customer-centric mission, and I’m thrilled to be joining the company to further help ensure the success and growth of every single one of our customers,” said Elizabeth Loucheur, Chief Operating Officer at AlertMedia. “Throughout my career, listening to and learning from customer feedback has been central to how I approach operational changes, and in my new role, it will continue to be a major contributing factor in decisions related to customer support, product development, implementation, and onboarding. I look forward to finding new opportunities for AlertMedia to continue its impressive momentum.”

Prior to AlertMedia, Loucheur was Chief Product Officer at Kazoo, an employee experience platform provider, where she led the team through a series of mergers and acquisitions while also completing a complete rebuild of the company’s core product. Loucheur also served as Vice President of Customer Success while at Kazoo, introducing a structured renewals process that drastically increased average contract length as well as a new revenue model with aggressive targets for lead generation, cross and up-sell, all of which were exceeded. Additionally, during her tenure in customer success, Kazoo reported an all-time high company NPS score and saw net retention of more than 100 percent.

Before Kazoo, Loucheur held several roles in marketing and business development, including as brand director of consumer marketing for FOX Sports and senior director of commercial business development for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). In each role, she was responsible for implementing new strategic initiatives to grow her respective business units, and while at UFC, scaled commercial development to more than $100 million in revenue.

“Elizabeth has a proven track record of implementing smart, out-of-the-box ideas that support rapid growth while delivering a very high level of customer service,” said Brian Cruver, CEO and Founder at AlertMedia. “Her dedication to exceeding customer expectations helps her identify new ways to solve complex problems, which will be critical to helping AlertMedia achieve our goals in 2022 and beyond.”

Recently, AlertMedia announced significant year-over-year customer growth and record demand for its emergency communication and threat intelligence solutions, including onboarding more than a dozen Fortune 500 organizations in the past 12 months alone. The company was also rated the #1 emergency notification provider in nine different categories in G2’s winter rankings in December 2021.
