SUBPROCESSORS:
Subprocessors are third-party vendors or service providers engaged by a company to perform specific functions or services that involve processing personal data. To support the delivery of our Services, Alert Media, Inc. may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a “Subprocessor “). This page provides essential information about the identity of each Subprocessor.
Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Customer Terms of Service or superseding written agreement between Customer and Alert Media, Inc. (the “Agreement “).

Data Storage
AlertMedia is committed to ensuring that your data is stored securely and within the agreed region. All data at rest is maintained in data centers located within that region, leveraging industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information.
Data Processing
To provide some of our services, data may be sent for processing to trusted third-party Subprocessors located in the United States. These Subprocessors are carefully vetted and adhere to strict data protection standards to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information.
AlertMedia Employee Access
In certain cases, data may be accessed by authorized employees of AlertMedia located outside of the data storage region. Such access is limited to personnel who require it to perform their job duties, such as customer support, troubleshooting, or maintenance. These employees operate under strict confidentiality agreements and comply with our internal policies, ensuring your data is handled with the utmost care and in line with applicable data protection laws.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Where data transfers occur across borders, we implement appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other recognized mechanisms, to ensure the continued protection of your data.
